Der HolzBrotZauber Holz-Backrahmen - Das Original für Brot
Brot backen wie ein Profi – natürlich & nachhaltig! Mit der Holzbrot-Backform aus Buchenholz gelingt dir aromatisches Sauerteigbrot, Vollkornbrot & rustikales Bauernbrot mit einer perfekten Kruste. Die natürliche Holzform sorgt für eine gleichmäßige Wärmeverteilung und ein einzigartiges Backerlebnis – ganz ohne Metall oder Chemie.
Produktbeschreibung:
Der Bax im Holz Holz-Backrahmen in der Ausführung „einfach“ ergibt ein Brot von ca. 1-1,5 kg Gewicht. Mit dabei ist auch die passende Trennwand, mit welcher man das Teigfach abtrennen und zwei Brote herstellen kann. So lassen sich auch ideal zwei verschiedene Teigsorten einfüllen und backen. Unsere Backrahmen werden in einer hochwertigen Verpackung geliefert, natürlich mit einer ausführlichen Anleitung und einem E-Book mit 5 leckeren Brotbackrezepten.

Einmalig vor dem ersten Backen:
1. Holzrahmen mit Öl einpinseln
Bevor du den Holz-Backrahmen das erste Mal verwendest, pinsel ihn außen und innen kräftig mit Oliven- oder Rapsöl ein. Als Alternative geht auch Sonnenblumenöl. Olivenöl bitte eher nicht verwenden. Das Öl ist ein natürlicher, effektiver Hitzeschutz für das Holz und verhindert, dass das Holz im Backofen schwarz wird.
2. Bei 180 Grad im Backofen einbrennen
Die eingeölte Holz-Backform anschließend allein ohne Teig bei 180 Grad für ca. 45 Minuten im Ofen einbrennen. Das Holz wird dadurch dunkler und entfaltet so das rauchige Buchenholzaroma.
Jedes Mal vor dem Brot backen:
1. Holzrahmen mit Öl einpinseln
Jedes Mal vor dem Brot backen den Rahmen innen und außen gut mit Rapsöl (alternativ Sonnenblumenöl) einpinseln. So lässt sich das gebackene Brot anschließend leicht aus dem Rahmen herauslösen.
2. Auf Backpapier legen
Den Rahmen auf ein mit Backpapier belegtes Backblech legen, den Teig einfüllen und anschließend das Brot je nach Rezeptanleitung im Ofen backen.
Wichtige Tipps und Hinweise:
Maximal bei 220 Grad verwenden
Der Holzrahmen kann bis zu einer Temperatur von max. 220 Grad verwendet werden. Höhere Temperaturen bitte nicht einstellen. Die Dauer des Backvorgangs bei dieser Temperatur sollte dabei nicht mehr wie 90 Minuten betragen. In der Regel ist Brot nach ca. 60 Minuten im Ofen durchgebacken.
Nicht nass reinigen
Den Rahmen reinigt man am besten, indem man ihn nach dem Backen einfach trocken mit einer Bürste abschrubbt. Den Rahmen bitte nicht nass waschen (Holz schwemmt auf) und nicht mit Spülmittel einseifen (Mittel wird vom Holz aufgenommen und geben den Geschmack ans Brot ab).
Holz ist ein Naturprodukt
Holz ist ein organisches Material und arbeitet bei Temperaturunterschieden. Deswegen kann es zu geringfügiger Verformung und Spaltenbildung führen. Dies ist ganz normal und hat auf die Stabilität und die Verwendung des Backrahmens keine Auswirkung. Sollten die Verformungen trotzdem einmal trotz normaler Anwendung sehr deutlich ausfallen, melde dich einfach bei uns, schick uns ein Bild vom Rahmen und wir nehmen uns der Sache an.

- 40% of mangrove forests in Indonesia have been cut down in the last 3 decades
